Event management agency, Zibrant, has been appointed the official hotel booking partner for the 2013 International Confex and Live Experience shows at Excel London.
This new partnership has been developed for the 9,000 meeting and event professionals expected to take part in Confex Week, which is a week-long programme of industry events built around the main exhibition.
“Zibrant continually demonstrates why it is one of the most successful agencies in the country and we’re confident that their expertise will aid our visitors’ and exhibitors’ hotel accommodation requirements perfectly,” said Group Event Manager, James Samuel. “It’s important that everyone involved in Confex Week has the chance to access the array of networking opportunities including awards ceremonies, official networking events and the multitude of private functions and association led gatherings outside of exhibition opening hours.”
Director of Sales at Zibrant, Anthony Coyle-Dowling, adds: ”We are delighted to be appointed as the preferred accommodation supplier to International Confex and Live Experience. As a specialist agency we provide a similar service to over 200 events each year and I know that the accommodation team are looking forward to assisting the exhibitors and visitors with their requirements.”
International Confex celebrates its 30th birthday in 2013 while Live Experience returns after its inaugural year in 2012 under its new name, it was formerly International Outdoor Event Expo (IOEX).
In related news, the next ISESTALKS events, produced in partnership with International Confex, will take place in London and Birmingham, and focus on how creativity can be used to improve business relationships. The events will be held at the Victory Services Club and The ICC respectively.
The educational conferences will look at business relationships both internally and externally and include a series of workshops that will explore philosophical, strategic and tactical approaches to dealing with clients, staff and suppliers.
“We work in an industry that values face-to-face communication more than any other and these seminars will be excellent in looking at a new creative approach to building lasting and productive relationships,” says Samuel.
