WTM partners with Trip.com Group

World Travel Market London (WTM) has announced Trip.com Group, travel service provider, as its Official Technology Partner at this year’s show. 

Trip.com Group are returning to showcase its latest innovations in user-centric technology to enhance the travel experience.

Attendees at WTM London will have the chance to hear first-hand from one of the group’s senior executives. Boon Sian Chai, managing director and vice president, International Markets, Trip.comGroup, will deliver a keynote address at the Technology Summit.

His presentation, “How User-Centric Travel Tech is Shaping the Future of Travel”, will explore how Trip.com Group is utilising AI-driven innovations to improve travel experiences and enhance customer engagement.

WTM London’s technology advisor, Timothy O’Neil-Dunne, will conduct the interview on stage, with speakers from Travelport and Scandinavian Airlines added to the line-up. 

Trip.com Group was founded in 1999 and has evolved into a global travel leader, generating over $6bn in net revenues in 2023.

Trip.com now operates in 24 languages across 39 countries and regions. With an extensive network of 1.7m hotels and flights from over 600 airlines, Trip.com connects travellers to 3,400 airports in 220 countries and regions around the globe.
