Event and hospitality staffing contractor, Off to Work has appointed Matthew Hubbard as its new Service Development Director.
Hubbard brings 13 years of experience in project management, hospitality and events. He previously held roles as Operations Director at MJT Holdings, Senior Events Manager and later Operations Director at Table Talk, and Events Manager for Compass Group’s special events division.
“I wanted to find a role that enabled me to work with inspirational people, to feel challenged and energised by the team around me and to work in a progressive environment where the opportunity to develop and learn is a core value of the business.” said Hubbard.
“My role is to improve quality as the business grows, managing change and utilising my strengths in developing systems, processes and communication structures.”
