Agilysys, a provider of hospitality software solutions, has announced that Whittlebury Park Hotel & Spa, has selected to use its rGuest Seat and rGuest Pay software.
Whittlebury Park, located in Northamptonshire, includes 254 bedrooms, 20 conference and training suites, alongside a meetings and events facility for 3,000 delegates.
rGuest Seat is a reservation, table and wait list management solution which can be used on a fixed terminal or on a mobile tablet.
The software provides diner details and preferences to the host and serving staff. This allows the restaurant to provide a customised dining experience for its guests.
It also is complete with an online reservation widget, which allows guests to book reservations from the hotel website. It includes options such as special menus and seating areas.
rGuest Pay is a PCI validated point to point encryption (P2PE) payment solution.
It offers support for credit card processors and payment device options such as countertop, pay at table, mobile tablet, and signature capture scenarios.
The software is designed to add payment services, replace components and simplify the breadth of the payment.
