Northamptonshire spa and conference hotel Whittlebury Hall, near Silverstone, has emerged from administration.
The business had suffered cashflow problems and Zolfo Cooper was appointed administrator on 14 September 2011.
The business, which continued to trade as normal, honouring bookings, will now trade under a new company name, Whittlebury Hall and Spa Limited.
The hotel still has more than 300 staff and is used by drivers during the British Grand Prix.
Bernhard Zechner and Michael Stott are directors of the new entity and said it was fantastic news to see the hotel trading as normal again.
“We want to thank our staff, suppliers and of course customers for their invaluable support over the past few weeks.”
Both Zechner and Stott were previously part of the senior management team at the hotel for almost three years.
