The Westminster Venue Collection has appointed Paul Martins from Broadway House at Make Venues, as its new chair.

This announcement was made during the Westminster Venue Collection AGM last week. The AGM also revealed “a record year” for the collective, during which membership has surged by 40%, evolving from 25 to 35 venues.

Martins brings a wealth of industry expertise and leadership from his role as a board member and vice-chair. Under his leadership, the Westminster Venue Collection aims to increase its growth, regional FAM trips, digital marketing investment and wider representation at industry tradeshows.

Commenting on his appointment, Martins (pictured) said: “I am proud to become chair of the Westminster Venue Collection, following a year that included a fresh strategy and vision for growth.”
