Warner Leisure Hotels’ Nidd Hall Hotel, Yorkshire, has launched an apprenticeship programme with a national training and recruitment organisation.

Nidd Hall Hotel has joined forces with TBG Learning to offer its team the chance to complete a range of apprenticeships. Around 23 staff at the four-star hotel in Harrogate have already signed up to complete programmes led by TBG Learning, which operates learning centres across the country and is part of charity Rehab Group.

Nidd Hall is the second venue in the Warner Leisure Hotels group to join forces with TBG Learning following on from success at Thoresby Hall Hotel in Nottinghamshire.

“This is a great opportunity for our team to work their way up within the company, and personally I’m really pleased to now be working towards the level five apprenticeship,”
Guest and Team Welfare Manager, Julie Bracken, said.

Teams in the housekeeping, customer service, management, team leading and kitchen services departments are among the first group to enrol.

Helen Borrington, from TBG Learning, said staff at Nidd Hall will work closely with assessors over the next year.
