The Tower Hotel, London, hosted The Voice of Apprenticeships Conference (13 March), where budding apprentice chefs from Guoman & Thistle Hotels prepped and served over 300 guests.
Delegates and speakers, including MP Minister of Skills, Matthew Hancock, were served a variety of dishes including Thai green prawn curry with coconut rice, crab cakes with mango-chilli salsa, baked salmon and white chocolate tiramisu.
The annual Voice of Apprenticeships Conference showcases the benefits of training opportunities across a range of different industries, and is one of the main highlights of National Apprenticeships Week.
