Venues by CH&CO has been appointed the catering partner for Brewers’ Hall, which reopens in April 2022 following the renovation of the venue in the City of London.
The partnership, worth £2m over a period of five years from January, continues a longstanding relationship of 20 years and will see Venues by CH&CO manage and deliver events at the Hall such as private dining and corporate dinners, meetings and conferences.
Venues by CH&CO said it will focus on local and ethical sourcing at the venue, while using technology to reduce food waste. It also said carbon reduction will be “front of mind”, using CH&CO’s delivery modelling to reduce delivery frequency to the Hall and working with food sustainability company Foodsteps to communicate carbon values on menus.
