Venue finding and event management agency, Venues and Events International, has launched its 2023 employee development programme, known as Emerging Talent.

First launched in October 2020, the annual Emerging Talent programme takes up to six employees through a dedicated training, education, and mentoring programme covering every area of running the business.

The talent programme is aimed at boosting individuals’ future career paths through the event and venue-finding industry, by instilling cross-departmental skills, knowledge, and motivation.

Who’s involved?

The Emerging Talent Programme is now entering its third year, and will welcome: Alanna Wells, producer; Amber Beadle, conference planning executive; Emily Rogers, wip and reporting specialist; Helena Finch, senior event manager; Hannah Giles, account manager and Louise Nortcott; conference planning executive (pictured left to right).

Anita Lowe, CEO of Venues and Event International, said: “We’re a real family at Venues and Events International, and what are families for, if not to support each other and build each other up? That’s what we love to do with our programme, which embraces each of our values. The experiences and the confidence it gives people is a real joy to see, especially when it makes a difference to their role and career.”
