Venuemasters 2014 conference

The annual Venuemasters conference attracted 100 delegates from over 30 academic venues recently. 
Meeting in ShropshireTelford Innovation Campus, the UK venue consortium gathering included learning and networking opportunities for members, keynote speakers, seminars and training workshops.The theme of this year’s conference was ‘Great expectations – delivering service excellence’, and half the delegates were first-time attendees.An awards night followed the conference programme.
