United.
The April issue of Conference News is now out, in print and online.
The events industry is experiencing a crisis like never before in the face of Covid-19. The industry is, in essence, on hold almost in its entirety and the future is uncertain. However, it has never been more important to stick together. We are already seeing the industry give back to society, but as we move forwards it is crucial that we remain united. This issue of Conference News had to be changed at the last minute, and while we explore Covid-19’s impact, there are still some great features included. We urge you give our Big Interview with Tracy Halliwell MBE of London & Partners a read, and learn more about the National Sales Conference. Our supplement this month is Academic Venues, which I am sure you will find useful.
Elsewhere in this issue, our columnists gave up their regular pages so that we could fill the pages with the faces and bios of some of the events industry’s amazing freelancers. We were inundated and couldn’t fit them all in, so will do it again for the May issue!
Our supplement is Academic Venues.
