Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB), a combination of The REP and The Library of Birmingham, has won ‘Outstanding Venue of the Year’ at the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce Awards in Birmingham (ABCC).
UVB won the award in 2018 and Sarah Millington, sales manager at UVB received the award from Amina Hussain, ABCC committee member.
Millington, sales manager, UVB, said: “We have a great team here at UVB of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to consistently delivering an outstanding service to our clients. We have versatile and diverse space here at UVB, it is great to see it recognised as an independent venue within the city.
“To win last year was great, to maintain the award at the 2019 Awards is a great honour and makes the team proud of their workplace.
Millington added that UVB has won a total of four awards during 2019 across a range of industry awards which recognises “service excellence within the hospitality industry, and the team at UVB are extremely proud to have the venue recognised in this way.”
