Top Banana, a creative communications agency, has announced the recruitment of Richard Twamley as its new creative director.
Twamley will join the agency from DRPG, with 20 years of experience. He will be a part of the leadership team and will be responsible for driving the creative direction of the business forward in line with its current five-year strategy. He will also maintain and evolve the output of the studio.
This announcement follows the recruitment of nine new team members in the last six months. Top Banana now has a total 58 employees across its three regional offices in London, Manchester and head office in the Midlands.

My career started with planning experiential events and as a result I think regardless of the project I’m working on I bring a creative and practical approach to the table.
“It’s great to take some of the things I’ve learnt during my career into this role, but I’m also looking forward to new learning as well. I can’t wait to get started with some of the exciting client projects the team work on here.”
