Exclusive Collection has announced the appointment of newest group director of people and culture.
Sarah Hewitt will report to managing director, Danny Pecorelli, and will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Exclusive Collection’s company culture.
Hewitt brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at International Airlines Group (IAG), where she led the development and execution of the people and culture strategy of the global business service operating company.
Her remit included talent acquisition, reward, learning and development, engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and HR operations. Her career also spans senior HR roles across global organisations in technology, healthcare, banking, and manufacturing.
As a key member of the executive team, Hewitt will champion opportunity, development, and benefits that reflect Exclusive Collection’s high-performance culture.

Exclusive Collection is a family-owned collection of country house hotels, spas, golf, cookery school, and a pub and was founded in 1981.
