The Podcast Show 2025 returned to the Business Design Centre for its fourth year, hosting a unique festival that brought together podcast industry leaders, brands, and platforms.

Held at the BDC in Islington on 21 and 22 May 2025, the show offered extensive networking opportunities and parties for delegates, along with more content spaces and brand-new features.

Key stages included the Origin Theatre for major industry keynotes, the Brand Works Stage focusing on branded content, the Creator Stage offering sessions on marketing and monetisation, and the Studio Stage hosting discussions with prominent figures in podcasting.

New additions such as the Indie Business Stage and the International Gallery provided platforms for independent creators and international networking.

Among the show’s lineup of speakers were Steve Ackerman, executive vice-president and head of Global Podcasts at Sony Music Entertainment, and Megan Bradshaw, head of Podcasts for Europe, Australia, and New Zealand at Amazon Music.

Also speaking was Alison Lomax, managing director of YouTube UK & Ireland, who offered insights into the platform’s growing role in podcast distribution.

Rounding out the group was Jessica Cordova Kramer, co-founder and CEO of Lemonada Media, who discussed her company’s mission-driven approach to audio storytelling.
