Industry association Eventia delivered two days of content, debate and networking for over 200 delegates at Kings Place this week (23-24 April).
The Summer Eventia (TSE) conference was brought forward by three months to avoid a clash with the Olympics this year.
TSE 2012 saw 39 speakers participate in 18 sessions. These ranged from discussions around technology, creativity and the economy, to nurturing talent, sustainability and the impact of the London 2012 Games.
Dennis Turner, former Chief Economist at HSBC, delivered the keynote on the economic landscape for the events industry.
The question of the Olympic boost for the industry was also well discussed, with plenty of input from London & Partners.
