VisitBrighton hosted a summer familiarisation trip last weekend 6–8 July for conference organisers and associations interested in the city.
’Summer Breeze’ welcomed seven guests from associations including Helmsbriscoe, Chartered Institute for IT, Medivents and Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland. Staying at the Thistle Brighton and Hilton Metropole hotels, guests were welcomed with a reception at the Hilton Metropole before attending dinner at Terre a Terre restaurant. The weekend included a sushi masterclass at Moshi Moshi, site visits to venues including the Brighton Dome and Brighton Centre, viewing of Paddle Round the Pier event and evening entertainment at the Komedia, Brighton’s home of comedy and music.
