A strategic consultancy for the creative and events industry has launched today, 26 July.

allpoints aims to deliver strategic support across five vertical service offerings. This includes HR, culture and DEI; brand and marketing; leadership; operations and processes, mergers, acquisitions, and exits, non-executive director services; and commercial growth and sales.

Launched by Max Fellows (pictured) and former colleagues Nick Robinson (former Clive Agency owner), Sarah Speake (former Google European CMO) and Sharon Kersley (former head of events at Sky), allpoints is built on Fellows’ original consultancy business founded in 2020.

Commenting on allpoints’ mission, Fellows said: “We want to ensure that every senior leader, business owner or head of department has access to the best advice and support from external and independent support from industry talent that would have otherwise been unaffordable or inaccessible.

“This means clients will feel more supported and confident, allowing them to accelerate toward achieving their ambition and goals, be that a newly defined company culture, acquisition, exit, sales growth, launch or anything in between,” explains Fellows.

Having worked for a range of clients including Secret Cinema and Brands at Work, Fellows has recognised that business owners are facing new, emerging challenges. Some of the most frequent include, market relevance, staffing, market uncertainty, supply chain shortages, brand identity, Inflation and clarity on methods and options for acquisition and exit.

These challenges, amongst others, reinforce the core offering of the new strategic consultancy.
