The 18th annual Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards will take place at the American Express Stadium, home of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, on 3 July 2025.
The event, organised by Stadium Experience, will bring together around 450 guests from stadium venues across the UK to celebrate excellence in catering, conference and events teams.
The American Express Stadium, located in the South Downs National Park, will host the event in its Mayo-Wynne Baxter Lounge, with guests sampling the club’s new ‘Tunnel Club’ menu.
Joe King, divisional director sports and stadia at Sodexo Live! UK&I, expressed his enthusiasm for hosting the event at the Amex Stadium, noting that Brighton & Hove Albion FC had won 11 awards at the previous ceremony in Leeds, including the Overall Matchday Hospitality Award. “This will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase our excellent facilities and the outstanding food we have on offer,” King said.

Each award is independently judged, with contributions from stadium directors, the British Culinary Federation, Salon Culinaire and other experts in the field.
The entries for most most categories opens in the coming weeks. The deadline for submissions is 31 March 2025.
