Creative workspace provider Spaces is to open a work hub in Birmingham. The workspace will occupy all 7,523sqm of The Crossway on Great Charles Street.

The new Birmingham hub will also offer serviced offices, day offices, bookable meeting rooms and virtual office facilities.

Born in Amsterdam in 2006, Spaces’ Birmingham announcement demonstrates further momentum in the company’s UK expansion.

Spaces is already established in London, Liverpool, Brighton, Reading, Bath and Glasgow, with plans to roll out more locations in the coming months.

Outside of the UK, Spaces’ global footprint now spans more than 25 countries, including the USA, Israel, Norway, Japan and Spain.

Richard Morris, UK CEO Spaces, comments: “Spaces’ emphasis on networking and community allows users to meet others who share a belief in the power of collaborative working”.

“Birmingham is an important business location that connects the North and South which makes it the perfect fit for our expansion plans,” Morris adds.
