Spaces and Stories, Broadwick’s global full service event space provider and platform, has added three new locations to its collection of venues, as part of an extended partnership with property owner and investor Grosvenor.
Three of Grosvenor’s developments across its London estate include Brown Hart Gardens in Mayfair, and Eccleston Yards and Halkin Arcade in Belgravia. All locations will be managed and operated through Spaces and Stories.
This builds on Spaces and Stories existing relationship with Grosvenor, which has seen it manage the Grade II listed 38 Grosvenor Square.
The new spaces
Halkin Arcade is a garden oasis and is ideal for community and brand activations, pop-up events and receptions. In addition to movable furniture, the Arcade boasts a fixed bar and a bronze Friendship Bench designed by the artists Gillie and Marc. The new space is ideal for community and brand activations, pop-up events and receptions.
Eccleston Yards is located five minutes away from Victoria Station. The brick-lined nineteenth-century courtyard is an open-air destination for food, creativity and community, enlivened with bespoke murals and seasonal flower displays. With accessible transport links and onsite facilities, Eccleston Yards is ideal for Christmas markets, screenings, community activations and wellness events.
Brown Hart Gardens is a raised terraced garden in the heart of Mayfair. The 950 square-metre terrace can be used for open-air receptions, activations and community events. A fully glazed café pavilion also sits at the west end of the terrace.
