Sodexo Scotland was named Best Group Contract Caterer in Scotland for the third year in a row in the Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2012.
The awards were judged on an anonymous survey of employees across the company, including front line staff and senior and middle management. Among the results of the employee engagement survey, carried out by talent specialists Learnpurple, were that 70 per cent of Sodexo Scotland employees strongly agreed that the company had good management and 67 per cent strongly agreed the business was committed to fairness and teamwork.
“I am delighted to have won this award three years running,” said Human Resource Manager at Sodexo Scotland, Nicola McKay. “It shows the dedicated commitment that we give to the learning, development and well-being of our employees in Scotland.”
