Catering and facility management company Sodexo hosted the tenth Racecourse Association (RCA) Showcase & Awards which welcomed over 250 guests from across the UK.
The RCA included a daytime seminar followed by a gala awards dinner, which took place in the Parade View Suite.
Stephen Frost, divisional executive chef at Sodexo, created a menu from locally sourced ingredients as Hamilton Park Racecourse’s partner.
During the ceremony, 13 awards were handed out by Godolphin Stud & Stable, Catriona Bissett and ITV Racing’s Chris Hughes. The Operational Excellence award was presented to the hosts for its business-change project, which transformed Hamilton Park from a racecourse to a resort.
