Sleek has announced two senior appointments to accelerate growth and expand its service offering.
Amelia Shepherd will be new director of growth and will work alongside founder Jennifer Davidson playing a key role in shaping the agency’s direction, increasing its profile, and building strong, lasting relationships with all clients.
Her leadership, alongside Davidson’s, highlights Sleek’s commitment to fostering female leadership in the creative industry.
Shepherd brings a wealth of experience, and passion for leading growth initiatives at experiential agencies, having previously been director of Growth at Wonder and managing director of TRO.
Following a successful few years for Sleek, Davidson has also welcomed her husband, Andrew Marshall as partnerships director.
Marshall will be focused on building new client relationships and expanding Sleek’s network of strategic partners.
His entrepreneurial background, having previously been founding partner and head of business development at Return2Play, a leading sports medicine business, will be key in identifying new opportunities and driving collaborative partnerships.
