Skate, London’s ice rink at Somerset House, announces that it will provide packages and offers to event planners and organisations for Christmas 2019.
Skate will offer Christmas receptions, parties, dinners and lunches in the East Wing, Portico Room and Navy Board Room as single, private events or combined with:
· Ice-skating in Somerset House’s courtyard under a 40-ft Christmas tree.
· Access to the Fortnum and Mason Lodge, an alpine-inspired area serving food and drink.
· The Fortnum’s Christmas Arcade, which includes a selection of grocer’s products.
· 24/7 private tours and viewings of Somerset House’s Autumn and Winter exhibition in the Embankment Galleries.
· Tours of the venue that cover its history in modern culture.
· Private tours and views of the Museum of Architecture’s Gingerbread City in Somerset House’s Lancaster Rooms.
