Two chefs from the University of Sheffield have won ‘Gold – Best in Class’ at The University Catering Organisation (TUCO) annual culinary awards, held 26-28 March 2018 at Warwick University.
Ben Slater, sous chef at Inox won for ‘Afternoon Tea’ and Rob Hattersley who works with executive head chef, Tracy Carr throughout the university, won for ‘Restaurant Plated Dessert’.
