SECC confirms 5 new conferences and 3 returning conferences

Glasgow’s Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) has confirmed five new association conference wins to be hosted at the venue over the next two years, as well as three returning conferences.
 
The 7th International Conference of the Society of Acute Medicine 2013 is a returning conference and will take place later this year at the SECC. Additionally, the venue has confirmed the return of the British Pain Society for its Pain 2015 conference and the European Conference of the International Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research meeting also in 2015.
 
The SECC has also secured recent confirmations from: the British Renal Society and the Renal Association, the Association of Corporate Treasurers, the International Marine Conservation Congress, the Congress of the International Society of Urology, and the Vascular Society, all for 2014 dates.
 
“These are great pieces of business for the venue and the country, and only serve to underline the excellent partnerships we have with our customers in the association sector,” says Ben Goedegebuure, Sales Director of the SECC.
 
These events add to returning and confirmed association meetings confirmed at the venue right up to and beyond 2020.
