Comedian, actor and writer Robert Webb is lined up to host this year’s AEO Excellence Awards on the 15 June.
Webb, who starred in British sitcom Peep Show, was a member of the Cambridge Footlights, where he met David Mitchell and went on to form a very successful comedy partnership.
AEO chief executive, Chris Skeith, says: “The host is always an exciting talking point for the awards and we’re very excited to bring you one of our favourite British comedians. I have no doubt that Robert Webb will deliver an unforgettable experience and we’re certainly looking forward to sharing some laughs with the best talent in the industry.”
Skeith added: “This year marks our 25th anniversary and we’re planning to make it extra special. We’ll be revealing more about what you can expect on the day soon. In the meantime, good luck with your entries!”
