Ripley’s Believe It or Not! London Breakfast Showcase

The Purple Grape and Ripley’s Believe It or Not!’s recently hosted its first Breakfast Showcase on Wednesday 6 February.
Guests were greeted with fresh coffee (or tea) and then served some unusual breakfast canapés that had the taste buds jumping for joy. Their unique take on ‘Mushrooms on Toast’, where the mushrooms were blended with mascarpone in a toothpaste tube and served with a sea-salt crostini were delicious and exciting. Truffle palmier and then edible spoons with crispy pancetta and quail egg to follow had everyone wondering what was coming next.
