Full service agency, Red Blaze, have transitioned to an employee owned company, meaning that the employees now have a direct stake in the company through an employee ownership trust (EOT).
Through the EOT structure, employees will benefit from, having a voice in the future, greater stability and increased engagement and motivation.
As a part of this transition, there have been some changed to the management team to better align with the new structure.
With the creation of the EOT, Gaby Pugh, who has been with the business for over seven years has been appointed managing director.
Founder, Stephen Pope has moved to the role ‘founder director’ with a lesser involvement in the day to day business and Peter Jackson has become a Trustee of the Red Blaze Trust.
