Specialist events agency Realise has launched a new website, to mark National Apprentice Week (6-12 February).

The website is designed to provide a central focus for employers and employees who want to find out more about the programme, whilst showcasing success stories of the individuals and companies that have participated in the programme.

David Preston (pictured right), CEO, Realise, said: “We’ve delivered more than 70 apprentices since the programme started, and it’s incredible to see how far many of them have progressed. We even have some running their own companies.”

Realise were involved in the initial apprenticeship ‘innovator’ group, which creates the standard that apprentices work towards; and became the first organisation to deliver successful apprentices.

To date, 100% of the apprentices who reach the first year ‘gateway’ stage have successfully completed the programme, with 78% achieving the top grades of ‘Merit’ or ‘Distinction.’

Richard John (pictured left), COO, Realise, added: “The benefits of taking on apprentices, in terms of productivity and career longevity are overwhelming, especially when the industry is experiencing a shortage of talent.”
