Specialist conference hotel group and the UK’s largest golf resort operator, QHotels, has unveiled plans for a £670,000 investment in its golf facilities.
The money will be spent upgrading a range of facilities at 10 golf resorts across England and Scotland.
Dunston Hall in Norwich; Forest Pines Hotels & Golf Resort in north Lincolnshire; and Belton Woods in Grantham are all in line for major investments in their facilities.
As well as spending £2.2m improving the Wi-Fi access and bandwidth across its hotels, an additional £1.1m is being invested on upgrading the hotel at Oulton Hall, while the health and leisure club facilities at Dunston Hall and Forest Pines both underwent six-figure refurbishments last year.
Named AA Hotel Group of the Year in 2014/15, QHotels features venues including Slaley Hall and Mottram Hall.
