Pylon One, a video and communication service company, has announced its new brand ‘Multiverse-Analytics’, which claims it will bring together products that enable event companies to analyse, track and measure their brand activation results.

Multiverse Analytics will include the following products on its website: PeopleCounting, FootFall, Demographics and KloudDisplay.

PeopleCounting will work by integrating the data capture and intelligence into one device, which will provide a common platform to access customer behavioural data.

Statistics show that 80% of people who attend events leave their Wi-Fi enabled on their mobile devices. Therefore, Footfall works by using smart sensors to determine an ‘engaged’ parameter and detects the Wi-Fi probes, which are broadcasted from the client’s smart device.

Demographics uses IP camera technology which captures facial expressions and transforms the data in to an anonymised, vectorised data string. This is then processed against a recognition engine to return probability data, which reports ‘unique’ vectors.

The metrics include age, gender, emotion and more. Moreover, the real-time data that is captured allows specific content to be matched to the demographic of the attendees.

KloudDisplay works by optimising adverts and messaging. This ensures that there is maximum interaction with attendees at any event or brand activation.
