One of the event management divisions of Motivcom, P&MM Events & Communications, has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award. The national award is awarded to just 3.2 per cent of organisations in the UK.
The employee motivation and event management agency based in Milton Keynes has 240 employees and was awarded gold for going above and beyond in the way it develops, supports and motivates its people.
“Investors in People has been core to our people strategy for several years now and achieving Gold status is great recognition for all the hard work that has been done,” says Head of Human Resources at P&MM, Sue Giles. “Knowing that the business is operating at the forefront of good practice in people management makes us all proud.”
The Gold award has been awarded to 700 organisations in the country and celebrates those that perm beyond the core Investors in People standard.
An organisation can achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the Investors in People framework. To secure the Gold award, an organisation must meet a total of 165 or more different standards, including 39 core accreditation standards.
