Plymouth Pavilions will host the Annual Methodist Church Conference which runs, 28 June – 5 July.
Plymouth Pavilions expects to welcome 400 Methodist delegates from all over the UK and across the world for the seven-day event. The figure is expected to rise to 1,500 during the weekend events.
Event production company R&B Group has been selected to provide audio-visual and technical support for the third consecutive year. The stage set will include a projected backdrop onto which presentations, live video images and the conference theme will be projected, and proceedings will be broadcast live on the internet.
Speaking about last year’s event, Andrew D Holmes of The Methodist Church, said: “The service received made for a great event last year. The pre-production work and attention to detail was impressive, as was the professionalism of the crew. I have every confidence that the next conferences will continue to be a huge success.”
