Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events, the official catering and events partner for Pittodrie Stadium in Aberdeen, is reporting a 50% increase in sporting event bookings this year, compared to 2017. The figures equate to a 37% growth in annual income.
The substantial increase in bookings is expected to continue into the final quarter of the year, with local sports organisations and community groups including Scottish Referees Association, Northstar Community FC and Huntly Football Club all opting to host their event at the stadium.
Many of Pittodrie’s nine event spaces offer views of the pitch.
