Windsor-based creative event and incentive agency Penguins says ‘substantial growth’, has led it to three new roles.
Serena Panchal joins as a project co-ordinator, Aidan McSorely as a production co-ordinator and Gemma Price as incentives project manager.
As a project co-ordinator, Panchal’s main responsibilities will be to support the senior project managers throughout all stages of projects, from pre-event research to delegate travel management, through to onsite for events. Prior to joining Penguins, Panchal completed a degree in Hospitality and Event Management at the University of Surrey. She went on to work as an event co-ordinator at Copland Events.
She commented: “I’m astounded by the range of events Penguins have created, and I’m very excited to be on this new journey and working on a wide range of projects.”
McSorely’s role will primarily be supporting the creative and technical production of upcoming events. He will assist the team with branding design, artwork creation, client meetings and onsite event support for clients such as British Airways and GSK. His background is in TV and film production.
Price will be main point of contact in the incentive travel team, conducting site visits and onsite management. She previously worked as event co-ordinator for Herbalife Europe Limited, delivering a wide range of incentive events for their members.
Mark Buist, managing director of Penguins, now part of the drp group, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Aidan, Gemma and Serena to the team. They couldn’t have joined us at a better time. I hope they are as excited as I am for the journey ahead.”
The business has also seen two further promotions with Sophie Darbon now working as an incentives project manager, and Holly Mills as head of incentives for Penguins. The Penguins team is now 24-strong with more to be added throughout 2018.
