Noble Events has appointed Craig Pugh as its group account director, a move that the agency says will enhance its senior leadership team.

Pugh’s appointment is part of a wider strategy to improve strategic account development, customer engagement and return on investment. He brings extensive experience, having shaped event management strategies across global markets.

Pugh joins Noble Events after a notable tenure at DRPG, where he served as an account director, managing strategic client relationships and driving business growth initiatives for a UK-based media agency.

Prior to this, he directed operations in Singapore and led client relations in London for a global event marketing agency. His roles included head of operations, client services director and head of proposal response, where he demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

He will lead Noble’s account management team, aiming to drive growth and support the company’s mission to deliver high-quality experiences across high-net-worth, conference and automotive event sectors.

Pugh said: “The agency collaborates with an impressive portfolio of global brands, and I’m eager to lead the account team, contribute to business growth and further expand our client base.”

Managing director Sarah Cox said: “We are pleased to welcome Craig Pugh to the team. His extensive experience and fresh ideas will be valuable for our new look senior leadership team as we continue to enhance our event offerings and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

“Craig’s leadership and vision are exactly what we need to drive our company forward in the luxury sector. He has already settled in well, and his personality matches our culture perfectly.”
