Noba event Wi-Fi, part of The MetaTech Group, has announced the launch of nBox, a portable unlimited internet solution.
The nBox can provide portable ‘plug and play’ internet and Wi-Fi for smaller scale events, live streaming, and home working.
Noba managing director, Nick Taylor said: “Although our traditional connectivity solutions remain the go to for handling high numbers of users simultaneously, we developed this solution in response to a growing demand for cost-effective, reliable connectivity for smaller events and live streaming applications. We took everything we knew about bonded cellular for large-scale deployments and refined the technology so that it fits inside a portable Peli Case.”
James Grant, Noba’s software development director, added: “The nBox also offers a solution for combining existing home broadband connections with unlimited data, to produce a single, reliable and secure internet connection. There is also the option of including ‘site-to-site VPN’, which extends your work network into your home so that you’re able to access all of the same resources you would in the office, such as file servers, printers and more.”
