Newcastle’s The Laing Art Gallery has unveiled two special summer packages for businesses.
The gallery is home to a collection of British oil paintings, watercolours, ceramics, silver and glassware.
Sodexo, the gallery’s catering and events partner, has put together a special summer time offer.
From 1 June to 31 August, groups of between 30 and 60 can enjoy full use of the gallery’s function room, equipped with projector, screen, lectern and microphone, along with a seasonal buffet prepared on-site by Sodexo’s team of chefs.
Guests and delegates will be able to choose a selection of sandwiches and wraps along with a vegetarian quiche, coleslaw and mixed leaf salad, rounded off with a fresh fruit platter and ice cream from Northumberland’s renowned Doddington Dairy.
The summer time package applies to events held between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and is priced at £23.50 per person. A reduced price option, with a simpler buffet, is also available, priced at £16.75 per person.
