MalmaisonHotel du Vin has announced that Ryan Dance has been appointed as group revenue director.
Dance has more than 17 years’ experience in revenue management and a strong track record of delivering returns across a diverse portfolio of brands including Travel Lodge and Accor.
As group revenue director, he will be responsible for driving the group’s revenue strategy and supporting the growth plan working closely with brand COO’s, reporting into the group CEO, Guus Bakker.
On his appointment, Dance said: “I’ve enjoyed a varied career so far and the timing is perfect to build on this experience and join Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin as Group Revenue Director. I’ve watched the group for a number of years and look forward to joining the team.”
Lindsay Southward, group director of people development, added: “Ryan has a wealth of valuable experience across a range of areas and with a number of major UK hotel brands. I think he will be a fantastic addition to the brands & revenue team.”
