A new 30-bedroom hotel being built in the Isle of Man will open in mid-August.

The Ramsey Park hotel is owned by local resident Trevor Hemmings, and is the latest to come under the Classic Lodges ’Associate’ hotels umbrella.

The hotel will be run by the newly-appointed GM Steve Dawson who is looking forward to getting the hotel up and running.

“I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years but this is the first time I have been involved from the very beginning and it is incredibly exciting to have an input into how the hotel will operate,” says Dawson.

Situated to the north of the Isle of Man, in the second largest town on the island, Ramsey Park will be the 15th hospitality venue in the local area.

Managing Director of the Classic Lodges chain of hotels, Richard Grime says that Ramsey Park represents a multi-million pound investment for the Group and the local community.

“We are delighted to be adding Ramsey Park to our portfolio of hotels. As a modern building Ramsey Park offers much in terms of location and quality of service,” says Grime.
