As some of the biggest names in the music business gathered at London’s O2 Arena on 21 February for the Brit Awards 2018 with Mastercard, Northamptonshire-based temporary structure supplier Neptunus rolled out the red carpet for the stars inside its temporary structure.
On a chilly night the stars needed a warm cocoon to pose for the cameras and be interviewed by the world’s media and Neptunus’ heated Alu Hall structures provided the wrap.
Stormzy, Dua Lipa, the Gorillaz and Rag ‘N’ Bone Man were big winners on the night and will have all used Neptunus’ VIP drop off areas, if not the back-of-house kitchen, security and production offices also supplied.
Neptunus built similar facilities at SSE Arena Wembley when the MTV Europe Music Awards were staged in London.
Over three days prior to the BRITs the company used a 16-strong crew to build the temporary facilities for the Awards, alongside the O2 Arena at Greenwich Peninsula.
Neptunus MD April Trasler said: “The BRIT Awards is the biggest night of the year for the British music industry and I am delighted that once again Neptunus has been selected to supply the red carpet structures to yet another major international showbiz occasion.”
Neptunus Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neptunus BV, which is based in The Netherlands.
