National tourist board VisitBritain announced a new appointment to its Business Events team, with Caroline Phelan (pictured) joining the team as MICE manager Europe, based in Paris.
She will be the point of contact for business event organisers in Europe looking to bring business to Britain, and provide a route for destinations to access buyers in European markets.?
Phelan has worked in sales and marketing in the French-speaking MICE and tourism sector for over 20 years.
