mcm creative, a creative communications agency that helps companies connect with their audiences through events, film, content and creative design, have appointed two new senior hires.
The hires support the agencies ambition to further enhance their commercial and client service relationships and to boost their film department.
Ben Atherton joined in late 2024 as chief client officer, having previously consulted on the agency’s strategic priorities and structure.
He will lead mcm’s clients services team and is responsible for executing the company’s sustainable growth strategy and serving as the primary advocate for clients.
Atherton brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously worked in senior agency roles at Metia and WRG (now Emota), as well as client side at EY and Cisco.
Lewis Lintern has also joined the company as the new executive producer, leading the film and moving image department.
Lintern was previously part of the team that won the ‘production agency of the year’ in the 2024 Brand Film Awards.
Atherton said: “As we grow our film business in response to client demand, it was a natural next step to bring in Lewis to lead the team and take us to the next level in terms of creativity and production.”
The appointments will support the agency’s growth and development as a full intergrated creative communications agency.
