MCI uses Higher Logic to connect clients with their audiences

The world’s largest PCO, MCI, has announced a global partnership with Higher Logic, a cloud-based community platform provider, designed to better connect and engage MCI clients with their target audiences.

A new product, MCI Building Community Solution, will facilitate the new online community and event management solutions for the company’s clients across 31 countries.

“With the integration of Higher Logic’s online platform, we will increase our clients’ capacity to actively engage with target audiences 365 days a year, build an interactive market place and extend grass roots collaboration, co-creation and content generation,” said Nikki Walker, global vice-president of association management and consulting at MCI.”

“Our expertise in engagement platforms and community management, along with MCI’s association development and extensive events experience, will provide targeted and robust customer experiences,” Mark Lowry, chief revenue officer at Higher Logic added. “We look forward to enhancing these offerings and providing more cohesive thought leadership in the community space.”
