MCI UK, events and marketing agency, has recruited three senior executives to its team.
Patrick Howells joins as the director of business development. Having previously worked at The Fresh Group and People Activation, he will now be responsible for introducing the company to new brands, organisations, and sectors across the UK. Additionally, he will be tasked with building successful partnerships with clients from the pharma, healthcare and technology sectors, including Adobe, IBM and Blackrock.
He commented: “I have experienced and learned much over the past 20 years in the creative events and communications industry and one thing still remains true – people make the difference, and clients want to work with the best people out there. I believe MCI UK is a sleeping giant; we have the restless curiosity and flexibility of a start-up backed by the … depth of a global powerhouse.”
Nicole Leida has been appointed as the director of operations, associated management and consultancy services. Her previous experience involved developing robust digital systems and press coverage. At MCI, she will be focused on optimising account operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
“I look forward to contributing my expertise and skills to help them achieve their goals and to also offer my support to other association clients at MCI,” Nicole said.
Eileen Law joins as the head of engagement and communications. Her experience includes managing marketing strategies, brand communication and working alongside diverse stakeholders and digital campaigns.
She noted: “Joining MCI UK opens up an exciting opportunity to … enhance communication strategies for our clients.”
