Global engagement and marketing agency MCI has asked associations to participate in The 2022 Association Engagement Index.
The Index is an international benchmark study on engagement. It measures the performance, relationship strength and outcome of engagement tactics based on the feedback of associations’ members and customers.
Tried and tested methodology is used to measure each association’s engagement score and relationship strength, allowing them to benchmark their performance against similar organisations.
Engagement Index Fact Sheet
Those who participate in the study will receive its individual Engagement Index Fact Sheet, which includes:
1) The engagement score.
2) Association position in the Index.
3) An overview of principal KPI.
In addition, each association will have access to the Association Engagement Index findings and Engagement Series of publications and events.
Nikki Walker (pictured), global VP of engagement, associations and communities, said: “We know many associations are grappling with engagement and have no way to measure members’ expectations moving forward. The Association Engagement Index’s definition of engagement, its metrics and benchmark will help them evaluate the status quo and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.”
Associations should sign up by 30 August 2022 to take part.
