Liverpool Convention Bureau (LCB) has added airport transfers to its services, and claims to be one of the first destination bureaus in the UK to do so.

In conjunction with INTX Corporate Transport and Logistics, LCB is offering all associations, conference bookers and delegates a secure online pre-bookable transfer service from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester International Airport.

“With a growing number of international conferences taking place in the city, we felt it was the right time to incorporate airport transfers into our product offering,” says LCB Manager, Carol O’Reilly.

INTX have set up a booking site in which delegates book and manage their own transfers, with no involvement required by the conference organiser. No fee is levied on organisers for operating the transfer service and no minimum or maximum numbers apply.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Liverpool Convention Bureau to further enhance the Liverpool delegate welcome by providing a reliable, value for money, round-the-clock transfer service to the increasing number of conference delegates visiting the city,” says Director of INTX Corporate Transport and Logistics, Andrew Globe.
